Merchair’s Mini Pleat Gel Seal HEPA Filter is an advanced version of conventional Mini-pleat filters in which gasket is replaced by Silica gel which ensures 0% leakage from the sides/flanges. Made by very fine high-efficiency micro fiber glass paper media interspaced with hot melt pleating & enclosed in Al. Extruded sections.

Merchair's high efficiency particulate air(HEPA) filters are made by very fine high efficiency micro fiber glass paper media interspaced with hot melt pleating. The filter was constructed of aluminium seperotor pleated with media pack in order to provide the high efficiency with lowest possible resistence. They are manufactured as per the standards of effciency such as those set by the United States Department of Energy(DOE) and are in accordance with the European Standards EN: 1822
